I've been struggling 5 months now to get BAYPORT to make sure all their systems are updated correctly..
My debit order goes off on the 2nd of every month... they r being payed frequently, I've never once skipped payment on my accounts with them (I have 2).. but every single month i receive sms's from them claiming that they have not received payment.. what is worst is the start phoning me also to collect the moneys even though the have received their payment.. They also show me as a bad payer on ITC.. I have spoken to numerous people at Bayport itself.. All they can tell me is that on the one system they can see that all my payments were received and that my accounts never were behind and that i never skipped payment... but their other system the one that's updating ITC and so forth is continuously showing that i have not paid... They made notes on their systems for the call centre not to phone me.. But this does not solve the problem.. Even though they did send a letter to all the ITC company's and updated my status then it is now again showing that i am in arrears with 30 days!!! To top it all my debit order went through on Monday i JUST received my MONTHLY sms asking my paymen
