On the 14 August 2013 i phone Bayport financial services to inform them that African Bank transferred R3491.69 to there account because i did have a loan account with your company. The loan was paid in full on 13 July 2013. I applied for a loan at African Bank and was granted. Unfortunately it reflected that i still had a loan at Bayport. The loan that was paid in full the previous month. On phoning Bayport the call center informed me that there is a credit amount on my account that needs to be paid back to me. I had to fax through bankstatements, copy of my ID and the letter from African Bank to 0866325138. That was done on 14 August 2013 at 10H15. On Friday the 16 August 2013 i phoned Bayport to find out what the status of payment is. (Call ref. nr. 709023). I was told that all paperwork was received ON WEDNESDAY and that payment would be made on Monday 19 August 2013. On Monday 19 August 2013 no payment recieved. Once again i phoned Bayport to inform them payment not recieved.(Call ref.709023) Payment was supposed to be made then on 22 August 2013.On 22 August 2013 the same story. Have to wait another 72 hours. No paperwork recieved as stated on 19 August 2013.
