Debit orders put in befor payday

I have a big problem, i do not know why bay port puts in debit orders before my payday, every time a debit order doesn't go through when they put it in it cost me unpaid debit order fees, i have told then that I get paid on the 25 of every month, but the debit order is put in on 18th of the month, this is unacceptable, it seems like bay port needs money, who is going to pay me back all the fees that I have paid for unsuccessful payment of my debit orders, i am sick and tired of it!!! I have a cell account and a personal loan with them.
