PROBLEMS WITH BAYPORT ACCOUNT

Good day

I have a contract with Bayport where I pay R448 a month on the 27 th of every month.

On the 11/09/2012 I changed my banking details and updated the information with Bayport on the same day will all other debtors. Milton who answered the call requested me to fax the information, which I did. Puleng confirmed that they have received the documentation but the debit order did not go through on the 27 October 2012.I then contacted Bayport to for the returned debit order, and requesting for the amount to be paid over two months.

I was askedto write a letter which I did authorising Bayport to debit R674 to cover the arrears amount and I also included the banking details. I faxed The letter on the 15/11/2012 and end of November there was still no debit order that went off. I called the first week of Dec 2012 to find out what the problem was and they said they could not get hold of me, which I find strange because I have two contact numbers with them.

I refaxed the documents and this time they were received by Shirley mncwabe who processed them to go of only end of February 2013.Bayport no 0828585481 and I cannot upgrade due to this.
