My debit order date?

I have a loan with Bayport since 2010. My debit order date was the 28th of each month. In October 2012 I changed my job of which the my new pay date is 7th of the month. I advised them timeously of the change of debit order date. All good and well the payments went off 7/11, 7/12, 7/1/13 up until 7/7. In the interim I get a SMS in April advising me that I owe R66.27 for Arrears Interest. I immediately called them and advised to have them deduct with my next debit order. After several calls to them and agents not adhearing to my instructions the amount then owing has risen to R118.29 of which I got the SMS on 12/7. I then get an agent who sms'd the banking details and I paid the R120.00. Then I get a SMS on the 30/07 advising my payment has failed. I called and asked to speak to a manager, which then I spoke to Brandon at which time my phone dies and he does'nt call back. On 2/08/ I get another SMS advising my payment is due of which my debit order is the 7/08. On the 2/8 I get a call from them I wanted to speak to a Manager who was going to call me back at 3pm which still never happened. I want to know why am I being harassed for payment and why I am in arrears?
