Utterly disgusted & fed up with incompetent staff

Fed-up is not the word for these useless staff. I pay my account. I have never skipped a month, I have never paid late. I was informed yet again today that my payment failed and I was threatened to be listed as a slow payer. I have just send Bianca an email requesting my settlement amount so I can pay it in full to get you guys out of life. I will do business with Bayport again the day freezes over. Dont phone me and apologise again with a list of excuses. I am sick of your apologies. Get me my settlement amount so I dont have to do business with Bayport ever again. Month in and month out. I usually get arrogant, rude and threatening phonecalls just after 8 on the 26th, the day debit order goes off my bank to say me debit order didnt go off and demanding when are they going to receive payment. I am sick of this. They people who usually phones me has no manners, i have even sworn at once before, for what? Get me my settlement amount so i can get this nightmare of dealing with Bayport behind me.
