On the 18 July 2013 I called Bayport Financial Services to ask for a settlement letter for the cellphone contract I have with them. After receipt of the letter, I went paid the whole amount on the 19 July 2013. On the 22 July 2013 I faxed back the settlement letter together with the deposit slip from the bank. I called Bayport Financial Services for the Proof Of Payment to state that I do no longer owe them of which they sent it through fax. I am angry with the calls and sms's that I have been getting from them stating that I still owe them. i would like Bayport Financial Services to stop calling me and rectify the matter between their financial department and the collection department.
