Spent over 3 hours on the phone

After breaking down. My vehicle was towed away. Auto & General sent a tow company from AAA recovery. They were supposed to tow to General motors to get the car fixed. The tow company removed the immobiliser without authorisation. Auto & Gen couldn't help. After 3 hours on the phone to Auto & Gen there was still no solution. This company is incompetent & we are definitely changing insurances after this. We have been with Auto & gen for 10 years.
