For the past few months I continually receive via Email a letter requesting payment for a "rejected claim" of R2 000. Firstly, the letters have been, on several occasions addressed to other Oneplan Members. Secondly, I can only assume this is related to a neck op I had during the middle of 2012. Oneplan received and approved the quote from Panarama Mediclinic, which was less than my allocation for hospital stays of R40 000. Now it appears Oneplan are calling for a further R2 000 from me. Every time I have received these emails I have replied to the relevant contact email addresses WITH NO REPLY despite threatening to report the matter on Hellopeter and a font in bright red and size of 20 so they won't miss it. STILL no reply.

Again this morning I received this letter demanding I pay R2 000. I still am none the wiser as to what it is for, why it is was never paid etc as no one ever answers via email or you continually get cut off by phone when you try call South Africa's most useless call centre.
