Oneplan (the company) failed to deliver yet again. I was promised a refund which should have been paid into my account by today but a third party contracted to Oneplan went on leave and all refunds and debit orders were not processed. Would of been nice if Oneplan could have let me know about this instead of me having to follow up with them. Anyway, I emailed Thando at Oneplan this morning to enquire as to the whereabouts of my money and to let her know I will be posting a complaint. However. Thando replied me within 20 minutes to let me know that she will investigate why the refund was not done. At this point I was just completing the last few words of my complaint right here on hellopeter! Thando is efficient and keeps her word. She and her colleague Emmanual Zwane must be applauded for their speed in resolving this matter. Emmanuel called me moments after receiving Thando's email to explain and he sent me a confirmation email after the call. The total turnaround time was an hour to resolve my issue. Well done guys.
