Great Service, after negative complaint posted

I posted a negative report on Hellopeter regarding the lack of communication received from Oneplan. I received a call from Avasha, who was kind enough to contact me within an hour of posting my complaint. Despite having an initial tiresome experience with the Oneplan service centre not responding to several emails I had sent. Avasha, kept her word, contacted me back the next day, as promised. she handled my query with proffessionalism and understanding. She assisted me with my account query, which has since been resolved. A note to Oneplan to please advise customers timeously of any arrears, even if through an sms or email. Response to emails through the delegated email address would also be appreciated.
