UNCONTACTABLE: CONTRACT BREACH

I am a member of OnePlan for a year. I am paying a monthly fee which goes off on a debit order.

For the past two weeks I am trying to contact OnePlan using the following methods:
E-mail addresses as per OnePlan web page
Their Facebook page
OnePlan telephone number 010 001 0141 and sms 31644.
Fax numbers: I have faxed letters to: 086 750 1049 and 086 610 3918.
In other words, all the contact numbers and addresses as advertised on their webiste. Not one reply on my written letters. Nor any aknowledgement that it was received.

Oneplan is non responsive and this highlight serious issues such as:
a) Alledged.
b) Should I be in an accident / get ill, etc., there is no way to contact OnePlan as to get clearance to be admitted to a hospital / see a doctor, etc.
I would not be able to pay for treatment. As a result I will have to go to a state hospital.
c) This company took money from me agreeing to be contactable/responsible.
d) They are breaching the Consumer Protection Act.

The other issue is: should I stop the debit order and be in an accident / need to see a doctor, I will not be covered anyway.
