My one card was not activated and needed to take my son for a GP appointment, I paid cash for the GP appointment and submitted my claim with Oneplan, within hours I got email confirming receipt of my submission, follow up emails and a confirmation sms was also sent as the claim was being processed, when they needed more info an sms was sent and a call to the call centre got the claim paid out in one day! Totally impressed with the speed of customer service and ease of use of the Oneplan medical aid. Love them and highly recommend them!
