I am extremely unhappy as a result of the services i recieved from outsurance and their service provider. Two months since my accident and there seem to be no one bending over backwards to resolve my claim. There seem to be no sence of urgency to resolve the matter yet i am still paying my premiums.
I had previously filed a complaint and they made promises yet nothing came out of that. I still have no car and its two months now and i feel this is unreasonable.
I have to make the enquiries in order to get any feedback and this is not right. We all have insurance hoping they ensure all parties do their part to resolve problems yet that does not seem to be the case as i have no car.
