I have been with Outsurance for over ten years, the service was good until it gets to an unfortunate time of when you have to claim. They make you feel like you are in the wrong and for them it is about " lets see if they can reject a claim" for goodness sake, this is my money that I am paying, and for my Insurance company to find loopholes not to pay a claim... Then they put this add on the TV, they bend backwards for the customers... what hogwash!
I will leave Outsurance and rather find an Insurance Company where it is about the client. I also work in a international Company, and I will go on a personal drive to make sure as many people hear about Outsurance and there Ignorance and false advertising. I am trully disapointed in Outsurance!!! I will also go to the Insurance Umbudsman
