I was involved in a MVA on 08 March 2013 and the other party was at fault. I was advised by OUTsurance that I had two options, either submit the claim and they will try and recover the funds from the other party's insurance OR not to submit a claim and liaise directly with the other party to resolve. I decided not to submit the claim as I would forfeit my no claim bonus and decided to liaise with the other party to resolve. Well it has been over a month now and I have not made progress with the other party and my vehicle has still not been repaired. I am frustrated that as a client of Outsurance you could not assist me with resolving this and that I had to do this on my own. I find it unacceptable that I pay insurance premiums every month but I am responsible for liaising with the other party to resolve the issue but if I submit a claim to OUTsurance they will then assist me!!! I am fed up. This is the first time I have experienced poor service from OUTsurance in the 10 years that I have been with them.
