NEW ACCOUNT SWITCHING ADVERTISING A LIE!

I've applied to switch from platinum Standard Bank to platinum FNB in January. It's almost end of March, all of my debit orders have not been moved yet, I still don't have a credit card, and after various phone calls, I've been successful for an overdraft twice, have sent all documentation once already, had to reapply and a week later still haven't received my quotation. Advertising easy account switching is false. It's not easy and the time it takes to complete everything is unacceptable. If I knew it was going to be like this I would have stayed with Standard Bank. The only reason I moved was because of ebucks. I just want everything to be finalized. Some assistance would be appreciated.
