I don't have words for Standard bank and its staff I'm truly down to my last option which is the Ombudsman for banking. I have sent several emails to them including their customer relations dept which claims and calls themselves customer relations but do not even fulfill the customers demands. So ashamed I'm a Standard bank customer its so disgusting don't have words to express my feelings. My husband is dead and took an insurance for such circumstances but Standard bank is just not into it know I'm struggling to foot the bill even after taking an insurance. Even after I took so much initiative to communicate to them. All I need know is the Ombudsman details to take this further.
