Debit order switching nightmare

I ported my entire portfolio to FNB after experiencing the most horrid service from Standard bank. All was completed and I had an active account by the 6th of June. Basetsana was updating my via phone and email regarding the status of my debit orders. She confirmed that my Discovery Life and Discovery Invest debit order would go off from my new FNB (I have email as proof) As you might have guessed this was not the case. Discovery Invest went of my standard bank account. After realizing this I called FNB switching and spoke to Mfaniseni who told me he would look into it and inform Basetsana. I quickly deposited money in my Old Standard Account but I see this morning that I was charged R115 for irrecoverable debit order, mind you, I have confirmation that ALL was good regarding my FNB switching. Because of your incompetence I will have a dent my credit record and I must pay for your mistake? Was I mislead into opening a Platinum Cheque account for this incompetence? FNB needs to sort this out: Refund my R115 and ensure my name is cleared on my credit record. I've always been a good payer, don't mess things up for me!!!
