SIM SUDDENLY BLOCKED

I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH BAYPORT CELLULAR SINCE 2011 NOT ONCE HAVE I MISSED A PAYMENT, I WAS ISSUED 2 CELLPHONES AND 2 SIMCARDS, CONVENIENTLY AND SUDDENLY THE 2ND SIMCARD JUST SUDDENLY GOT BLOCKED AND I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE SIM FOR A WHILE I TRIED TO UNBLOCK THE SIM CARD WITH NO SUCCESS. FINALLY I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AFTER HOLDING ON FOR A LONG TIME SOMEONE ASSISTED ME AND TOLD ME THAT IT SEEMS LIKE THE SIM IS BLOCKED AND I HAVE TO GO INTO A BRANCH AND DO A SIM SWAP WHICH WILL COST ME R63.00 AND TO TOP IT OFF I WILL FORFEIT THE AIRTIME IF IT IS PASS 5 MONTHS??? HOW THE IS THAT MY FAULT IF THE COMPANY DECIDES TO BLOCK MY CARD I AM AT WORK FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY UNTIL 6 I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO GO INTO ONE OF THE VODACARE AND THE CLOSEST TO ME IS IN MIDRAND... I WOULD LIKE THIS SIM CARD ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY AND ALL MY AIRTIME TRANSFERRED INTO MY ACCOUNT, THERE IS NO WAY I COULD HAVE BLOCKED THE SIM BCOS I DONT HAVE A PASSWORD SET UP ON THE SIM.
