Having a secondary card holder on my account has become a nightmare as from August 2013 as suddenly the card was blocked. Going to the customer care counter at Cresta numerous times to no avail as there did not seem to be anyone who could explain why the card was blocked, it was not blocked when payment is made but when you try to purchase with it no avail. Logging the complaint at their call centre and dealing with Polelo, Anna & Busi still could not solve the problem. A few days I called again then Anna said the card could now be used, guess what used the card at Clearwater and it was still blocked, went back to Cresta spent more than an hour at customer care and the card is still blocked. Why does Edgars offer the service of secondary card users if it does not work, is there someone senior in Edgars that can solve our query with this reference number FC 20140101161853 -8695 as I am seriously running out of patience with this bad service!
