You are utter and completely incompetent fools and then once you have completely off a client you turn all holy at the client trying to vent the frustration you caused. This is simply not acceptable.
I am paying for a service and not getting it for free and yet even the service I pay for I cannot get. I don't care about your policy about swearing, if you do your job, none of it would be necessary. Putting a phone down in the ear of someone that is paying your salary is simply stupid.
Shape up and catch a wake up and apologise..
