i bought R100 airtime as I urgently need to make a call to UK and my airtime has not appeared... i do not have money to waste on buying again so nedbank you owe me R100 airtime as I am now going to get my fiance to buy me R100 airtime from FNB which works immediately

catch a wake up call nedbank... the NON business clients need decent service too
PS: how about a 24 hr number we can call (toll free preferably) to report this sorta stuff instead of having to complain on hellopeter (which btw gets a quicker response... as slow as it is... than the nbk email us feature)
