I have been trying to get a quote from Absa with regard to my home loan and have been totally disappointed at the service (or lack thereof) that I have received. As far as I can see there is no reason for my application being denied - I have a clear credit record and earn a stable salary that is substantially higher than the required repayment obligation. Every time I attempt to speak to someone at Absa Home Loans I am either completely ignored or faced with staff that cannot even answer simply questions. I cannot see how anyone can trust such an incompetent institution with there hard earned money - never mind their house.
