Bad service, incompetent staff

I have been trying for 3 days to get Vodacom to do device switch from my blackberry Z10 to the bold 9900. This is a business contract so I had to send a letter with a copy of the id of signatory for the account. I have dealt with 3 different departments and 3 days later this service still has not been activated. I have phoned call centers 10 times, sent 8 emails and still I have had no joy. You can never get hold of a supervisor and the staff at the call center simply just don't care! I am so fed up, I will not renew my contract with Vodacom, they are simply to big and don't really care if they loose me as a client. I am so frustrated as I am not receiving the service I am clearly paying for!!!
