Debit order date incorrect

I am very disappointed at Old mutual, i have always put them high until now, i changed my debit order date in February from 21 to 27 for my unit trusts and retirement annuity, on the 27th of February it did not go through and went through on the 21st so i called again and made the change and i was promised that in March it will go through on the 27th but it went through on the 21st of March.

I am very disappointed at the way Old Mutual is treating me. This is messing my credit record and i will definitely move my business somewhere else and also when my friends ask me about Old Mutual i will tell them never to do business with you guys.
