Absolute no regard for Customers

Power has been out now for 3-days! Tshidi the supervisor at the call centre tells me that there is nothing she can do. Every day I phone I have to hear that their turn around time is 8-10hours. Tshidi you are very unprofessional, rude and have a complete disregard for a clients distress. A client whom by the way is paying your salary.
Winter has not even properly started and this is how you are sorting out problems. Completely unacceptable but then again what is new.
Please don't forget your tea time Tshidi, you deserve it!
