After reading the paper work Outsurance has sent my brother i am completely DISGUSTED!!! Your client Mr. C Kennedy drove into Mr. A Mookrey causing damages to his vehicle used for business purposes to the value of R36000 & Outsurance only wants to pay out R18000? Firstly this accident was NOT caused by Mr. A Mookrey & your client Mr. C Kennedy accepted full responsibility. You people at Outsurance even had the audacity to say that at a STOP sign no motorist really has right of way, really now? According to what i know whoever stops first has right of way. What i would like to know is why your pathetic company is dedcuting Mr. C Kennedy's damages cost from Mr. A Mookrey's repair amount. We are sitting with a bakkie that was used for business purposes & if Mr. A Mookrey accepts the amount that you've sent him in the quote half of what our damages cost. Its true that look for anything not to pay out! I AM DISAPPOINTED & COMPLETELY DISGUSTED BY THE WAY YOU PEOPLE HAVE HANDLED THIS CLAIM!!! Why must we suffer due to your clients negligence? We loosing out on business & you people still want us to loose out on more by paying the rest of our damages caused by your client ourselves?
