Goo day. I have applied for a loan on my pension fund in August 2013 and the call centre told me it take 6-8 weeks to process the application and today i am still waiting on Standard bank Pension fund. I heard by the lady in the Cape Town office that my loan is approved but still i have to wait i dont know on what or whom. I bought a house thru Standard bank and my personally account is with Standard bank but still i get this type of bad service and today i wonder if i made the mistake to use Standard bank at all.
