Really Bad service Standard Bank

I applied for a consolidation loan from Standard Bank. I was told that the application should take 10 to 15 days to complete.

Today has been 2 months since the application was logged, and I still have no answer from Standard Bank what so ever. If I phone the call centre (shortest time of my 11 calls to them for me holding was 27 minute) The person on the other line would just say, sorry we have a lot of applications. They said the will escalate it to management, and that someone should phone me, but surprise, no one ever phones. I can understand that there is a lot of applications etc, but how can you run a business if the process take 4 times longer that was originally promised.

I am so disappointed as I moved all my account from FNB to Standard Bank a few months ago, as I was promised better service, but this is Clearly not the case.
