Switch to FNB

I applied online to switch to FNB, and sure enough I was phoned the next day and the application was completed. They informed me that my car will be delivered to em within the next 3-6 working days. I however only heard from the couriers a week after the application, and my card was only going to be delivered the next week. They said the person will call me again to arrange a time, which he never did, and we missed each other. He said he will be back the next Monday, and I am still waiting and no one has contacted me since then. When I phone the courier on the number they provided, there is no answer. I am really disappointed as they do not deliver on the promises and advertising they do. I now am forced to continue banking with the bank I am at, and I really wanted to switch as soon as possible, and chose FNB due to the promises they are now not delivering on. My debit orders and salary also still has not been switched yet.
