Debited my account with nothing insured

I had a cellphone insurence with miway never got any letter after i took it up with them, well that didnt bother me much cos my account was debited thougt this will be enough prove to say i have been paying.

now time to claim for my phone no problem smooth service i have paid the access cool i got my phone back in no time,

Now problem starts they still debiting my account by nothing is insured because i was told that i need to call in and insure the new one, told myself they will add it when i insure the new one, okay called them after 2debits asking which phone is insured that you debiting money for they explain the old phone i asked why is that, now thats when i was transfered from pillar to post till today i havent got my money back and i havent insured the new phone, today i had to wait 20 minutes on the call not even to be told pleae hold we still investigating nothing that bad service, so guy by the name of LUCAS promised to call me back 2weeks back till today i am still waiting

miway i want my money NOW!!!
