They are certainly not direct

On the 9th of April 2013 I had and accident. I was hit from behind and my vechile was seriously damaged. I tried too report it online to Dial Direct and am still waiting for a password. I then phoned the call centre and reported the accident with all the relevant details etc. Vehicle was assessed 3 days later, but till now hasnt been repaired. Apparently there is a problem with my drivers liscense, yet they have insured me and taken my money from me for insurance. I also have a letter from they stating I was the registered and insured driver when I went too Lesotho with the bakkie. I have had too make all the contact via email and telephone calls. Promises of I will call you back, we are doing all we can etc get told too me. Eventually on friday 11th May I have a phone call and get told that they wont be repairing my bakkie as they cant verify my liscense. I asked too speak to a senior person and was kept waiting for 15 minutes on the phone and then was cut off. As of today they still havent called back and I am no further and still in the dark.
If I didnt have a liscense how did they insure me, but now its time too claim and they have all sorts of excuses
