I insured 2 cellphones with FINRITE Under written by HOLLARD FOR Apple IPhone 4 and the Samsung Tablet 7.0 . By the time I insured both phones I was advised that there is no phone that I can't insure but if the phone is expensive I can only claim up to R5000. on the 26.04.2013 I send a claim for my tablet and few days later when doing a follow up was told that they could not find it on the system. I forwarded the proof again and no feedback was given until I called again today and they told me they don't cover for tablets. How can the company don't cover for Tablets but every month being debited for 2 phones. Is this how we give back to the customers.??? I am not only annoyed but ANGRY too, that a large company like HOLLARD can have such unscrupulous practices as to have no problem with deducting money for cover that to their convenience "DO NOT COVER" when it comes to a claim.
