I called Miway Monday the 20th of January 2014 to cancel my car insurance with them. I was met with a lof of convincing and a requoute, of which I was still unhappy with and requested to cancel. I was then transferred to another department who deals with cancellations, from the onset I told the guy I had made up my mind and would like to cancel. He convinced me for almost 30minutes to stay but I refused, he asked to call me back with another offer as I told him I had to get off the phone, I asked him to cancel though in the meantime as I am already insured with another insurance company. Till to date my policy with Miway remains active and has debited my bank account when the new insurance has debited as well. This is an inconvinience and sent them an e-mail to query this and no one has responded so far! This is unacceptable Miway!
