Hello Peter

Wow, I'm really shock with the terrible service that Ive been getting from Alexander Forbes. For starters, Ive been getting phone calls and text messages for themselves and a tracing service that have been looking for me. Finally Ive made up my mind to call them and ask them what they want from me. They explained that there is an unclaimed benefit for me and i need to send them all my information and they will get back to me.

Well that was between August and November last year. I needed to call them every week for followup and, they lost my documents, i needed to resend it again, i spoke to 10 different agents in that time and spoke to a Team Manager called Nadine, well she was no help at all. Eventually they paid me out.

The same thing happened now again, they phone me, text me send me email and stuff, i called them again, not wanting to go through all the stresses again, and OMW, the same thing happened. Spoke to a Lady called Joy or Joyce on the 12.03.2013, took all my details, she said i must call back in 3 days. I called back in 5 days, spoke to Benji, just to hear that the last contact i made was in November 2012.

I'm appalled with their service,
