No one at Alexander Forbes can give me an explanation as to why my claim was not paid out on the given date (25/03/2013). I've spent a R100-00 on airtime, spoke to Xolile, Vuyo, Joyce and Sher Banu with no joy. Sher Banu the last person i spoke with advised me that my funds will be in my account tomorrow (27/03/2013) and that i will need to wait another 48 hrs to be able to access these funds. WHY?!!!..does Alexander Forbes have such a poor reputation with the Banks? Is someone senior or in the claims dept or at payouts at Alexander Forbes prepared to call my creditors and explain why i cannot pay them on the agrred date?! Does Management check that the Consultants deliver WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE? Do they check that SLA's and Turn Around Times are met? Is there no one at Alexander Forbes that can rectify this situation and call me and say that my funds are in my bank account and available immediately?
