How can we inconvenience you???

I am v disappointed with the customer service that I have received from FNB since November 2012, when I first applied for my smart device. Initially I applied for the iPad 3 32 GB WiFi and Cellular, in November 2012. I then had to call FNB in mid January 2013 as I had not received my device which was supposed to have been delivered by mid November to early December 2012. I was then told that the iPad 3 was discontinued. No one from FNB had contacted me to inform me.

I then reapplied for the iPad 4 32 GB Wifi and Cellular in White and was delivered the 16 GB instead. I had to call FNB numerous times to get the device collected. The device was collected at the end of January. I am still awaiting the delivery of the correct device. Numerous consultants were meant to call back including Leila and Youdthveer. I have spoken to Patricia, Ricky and Emmanuel as well.

I have remained calm during the past 5 months, but am really on the verge of cancelling and moving back to my old bank. I actually only changed to FNB in October 2012. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, as I have heard the words "escalated, prioritized and matter of urgency" way too many times
