Alexandra Forbes was supposed to pay out on my investment in October 2012 which they evidently did not do.
In November 2012 I logged a billing inquiry and they told me it was a human error on their side and and they requested proof of bank details and ID. Alexandra Forbes still did not pay me in full. I called the call centers until I got fed up.
In October 2013 I finally decided to call them and demand my money. I was told that I must send my proof of bank details and ID. I obliged an I was told to wait for a 7 day turn-around time. 8 days later I called the call center and finally spoke to the manager Luciano who told me the back office administrator responsible for my claim was on lunch. I was promised a call back but I never got the call back. On Monday I called the call center for the 11th time and spoke to a rude agent back chatted me and had me on hold for 15 minutes.
I eventually called again at 10:30 am for help and requested feed back and was told that Luciano said I will get a call from a fund manager. I demanded to speak to Luciano and eventually got called by an agent Sthembiso. I got to speak no Luciano Im still not been paid in exactly a year and a month later.
