I have a credit card with Absa which I would like to pay. I have not received any statements, I have made numerous calls to the bank, I have been into two branches to sort this out, they cannot find the account on the system. I need to know what my balance is and the required payment, not rocket science, still they can't 'pick anything up'. Do I take it that the account does not exist? I don't owe them anything?
