CELLPHONE CLAIM TAKING FOREVER - NO FEEDBACK

MY CELLPHONE WAS -26/2/2013, I REPORTED THE INCIDENT 27/2/2013 & SENT THROUGH DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ON 28/2/2013 BY FAX, I PHONED TO CHECK IF RECEIVED THEY SAID NO. I RESENT ON 1/3/2013. I CALLED CALL CENTRE THE GUY I SPOKE TO SAID HE RECEIVED EVERYTHING & I MUST PAY AN EXCESS, WHICH I DID THE SAME DAY AND SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT TWICE BY FAX. I WAITED BUT NOONE PHONED, I FONED AGAIN ON 6/3/2013 TO CHECK PROGRESS THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT RECEIVE PROOF OF PAYMENT. WAS GIVEN BUHLE'S EMAIL ADDRESS I EMAILED THE DOCS TO HER TWICE AS SHE SAID SHE RECEIVED THE OTHER DOCUMENTS BUT NO PROOF OF PAYMENT. SURPRISINGLY AS THE DOCS WERE ALL IN ONE PDF. THEIR SERVICE IS POOR THEY KEEP THE CUSTOMER IN THE DARK, THEY DON'T BOTHER COMMUNICATING WITH ME WITH UPDATES. I HAVE LOST COUNT OF HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE FONED THEM. SOMETIMES MY PHONED ARE HUNG UP OR I HOLD ON FOREVER. STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY PROMISED TO BE WITHIN 5 DAYS BY BUHLE ON 13/3/2013. HOW LONG CAN I WAIT FOR A CELLPHONE TO BE REPLACE? WHY DID THEY TAKE EXCESS FROM ME IF THEY DONT WANT TO PAY? I'VE NOW DECIDED TO BUY A PHONE MYSELF AS I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT ONE FOR A LONG TIME. THEY STILL TOOK PREMIUM FOR THIS MONTH & I WANT A REFUND.
