INCORRECT BILLING ON AN ACCOUNT

My Wesbank account number is 10041641618/85150030533 - Mr Martin Ntlhoko. We previously raised a dispute in which we were incorrectly billed for a maintenance plan as at 2009/01/13 (R32102.00) and 2009/01/13 (R19986.44). This overcharge was subsequently corrected and a refund was processed as at 01.12.11 (R8364.32). We have noticed that despite this WESBANK still continues to bill us a monthly fee of -R637.72 as at 25.12.11 which according to us was already raised on the initial invoice dated 2009.01.13 and therefore incorrect. This has now resulted in our account being handed over to their attorneys who are now threatening to hand our account to the sheriff in order to forcibly take our car from us. This is being done despite our protests that the balance on our account is incorrect and has to be attended to accordingly. We demand this to be corrected without any delay and all interests relating to this incorrect charge be reversed with immediate effect.
