I took a cover with Metropolitan in July 2012 and covered my mother, with a waiting period of 6 months. my mother passed away on the 12.10.2012 I reported immediately, however they continued to deduct premiums for 3months although I had reported the matter on time (same day).
I then queried the matter on the 15.02.2013 and submitted the relevant documents (death certificate payslip), I was adived that I would be refunded within 7 to 10 working day. I have been contacting the call centre since then without any satisfactory, below are the names of the consultants I have spoken with, who have given me empty promises and today Candice was very rude and refused to transfer me to the line manager. I would like to get this matter resolved as I am very irrate and dissapointed by this unproffesional behaviour from Metropolitan
