Lack of consumer care

I was mugged and had to claim for a phone though 24 hour insurance which I did the next day send all my details had to call after 2 days without any response on the claim. which was the 2nd September 2013 called on the Friday 4th they still had no update promised to get back to me called the sat was told they will replace after that I called on 11 or 12 not sure explained that I work long hours so I ask if they can email the proof they have accepted my claim she then told me she will email me the account details which she did after that I paid on Monday the 16 emailed the proof of payment on 19 yet they don't get back to me to explain that they cant view the attachment I call they tell me I fax still no confirmation that they have received my proof payment I call was told I would get a phone by Wednesday as we speak I haven't received a phone or a call explaining why
