Not too long ago I lashed out at the pathetic service miway was giving me on every social media platform possible. I feel its fair to also give credit when its due as my saga has come to an end, with Martha Mbambo having been single handedly responsible for turning a certainly lost client to not only a retained one but a once again willing to be loyal to Miway one. It is sad that miway has employees that are an exact opposite of this lady. However I am thank full they have high calibre employees as well. Thank you Martha Mbambo for swift, decisive, timely actions in sorting out the mess created by your colleagues. I shared advice on how Miway could prevent what happened to me from happening again I hope they have taken it and acted upon it.
