I am extremely disappointed in the service African Bank render. I was in arrears with my account, and phoned their contact centre to be told that the settlement figure is R1239.80. I then paid the full amount and was told to forward the proof of payment to [Email Removed] and was also ensured that a letter stating that my account is paid up and closed will be e-mailed to me. The proof of payment was e-mailed to African Bank on 27 March 2013 at 12:56 to date no confirmation letter has been received stating that my account is paid up on closed. What is sad is that they read my e-mail but didn't respond??? My reference number is 6630040004 . AFRICAN BANK PLEASE GET BACK TO ME I AM SO FRUSTRATED AS I CAN APPLY FOR CREDIT ELSEWHERE
