There are 3 African bank loans in my name - at the time of going into Debt Review in 2008 the balances as per the court order were:
Account 74000547502 - R 5243.37 Paid to date R 7127.45
Account 4255732005 - R 17202.97 Paid to date R 19451.22
Account 4255732004 - R 12949.04 Paid to date R 15989.76.
All these accounts have been paid up and since 2011, myself and my debt councillor have been trying to get paid up letters from African bank to clear ITC and my name so that I can move forward!! We have been to court twice to finalise the matter and African bank did not lodge any objections. We have not found one person in the bank that is able to assist with this and it is June 2013.We need someone to supply me with the letters and clear these accounts!!!
Please could some one help!! Your service as a bank is simply disgraceful - you are your customers!
