I was sequestrated in 2000. Standard Blue Bean Credit Card formed part of my sequestration. From 2000 to October 2012, they never had my listed on ITC. Then out of the "blue", they list me on ITC.
According to my knowledge, once you are sequestrated, they are not allowed to list you on ITC, 12 years later???
I have been trying to resolve this issue with Standard Bank since 29 November 2012 and to date, not a single person from the bank has called me to resolve this problem.
I have called a hundred times, sent emails with proof of my sequestration. What more must one do to get a response.
Maybe now the bank will wake-up and do something.
I have paid my dues in 13 years for my sequestration, give me a break, I would like to move forward and I cannot with a bad record. I have had a clean record for 13 years!!!
