I have made a payment to botswana fnb, the payment is missing. I phoned 12 times for different number, i have send an email to forex. Forex say i must speak to general queries, they say i must speak to business, they say i must speak to online banking and so on and so on... Then they put you on hold, to never return. Its unacceptable. When i went to the branch, they cant help you because they cannot assist in botswana fnb accounts. When the recipient phones, he holds the line for about 12 minutes, just to be transferred.
I just spoke to a kegan who will contact me back, hopefully
