I would like to bring to your attention the following:
Did you know that since FNB has changed / "upgraded" it's website, you are unable to make any Forex payments to recipients with IBAN numbers longer than 30 digits. This is due to the fact that the window where customers enter the IBAN number of the recipient can only accommodate 30 digits. Despite calls to the "online help" and Forex, plus email to their complaints dept, bringing this problem to their attention; the problem has not been fixed as of this morning - missing out on favourable Rand/Euro exchange rates this week.
Poor show from the call centres - they cannot help - in fact no-one we spoke to could help...
